Courtney Davis serves as the Operations Director at I Pour Life, overseeing the LifeStrengths program that supports at-risk older youth. With a background in social services and child advocacy, Courtney has held various roles such as Deputy Director and Investigator at the Office of Child Advocate. Additionally, Courtney has experience as a Volunteer Coordinator at CASA of Southwest Missouri. Courtney holds Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Southwest Baptist University.

I Pour Life
I Pour Life is a non-profit organization whose mission is to assist youth ages 15-24 through its LifeStrengths positive youth development program by helping youth identify and apply their unique strengths to experience a successful, self-sufficient transition into adulthood. I Pour Life’s vision is to ensure every at-risk or foster care youth experiences positive growth and development through the introduction of life skills necessary to successfully transition into adulthood. I Pour Life believes that if we “teach with our life,” anyone can thrive. As an organization, board, and staff, we believe in the foundation and gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe Jesus did life with all people, regardless of their religious beliefs, social involvement, or political views. We believe that by following Christ’s example of having unconditional love and hope for individuals, we will create a relationship of trust and vulnerability allowing those we serve to experience real growth and development through our LifeStrengths one-on-one coaching method. We believe that our life and our work serve as an example and, as an example, our interactions and love for all people will be blessed and multiplied.
