Otto van Geffen

Otto Van Geffen currently serves as the HR Manager for I-SEC Nederland since December 2022. Prior to this role, Otto held the position of HR Manager at Brink's Solutions Nederland from April 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included optimizing HR processes, recruitment, health & safety, HR analytics, and coaching the HR team. Prior to Brink's, Otto was an HR Manager at G4S Cash Solutions, G4S Secure Solutions, G4S Aviation, and G4S Safety from July 2011 to April 2019, overseeing the coaching and management of multiple business partners across various units. Earlier experience includes serving as a Regiomanager at G4S Cash Solutions and a Business Unit Manager at Falck Security B.V., among other roles. Otto's educational background includes a degree in Organisatiekunde from the University of Amsterdam and a foundation in nursing from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
