Simon Leung

Mr Simon Leung, Chairman of i-Sprint Innovations, is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited (listed in Hong Kong and Shanghai), and the Director and the co-founder of AsiaSoft Company Limited (“AsiaSoft”). He was the Chief Executive Officer of AsiaSoft.

Mr. Leung served as a member in the fifth board of directors of Beijing Teamsun Technology Co., Ltd. (a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with stock code: 600410) from 2015 to 2017. He was the Executive Director of Automated Systems Holdings Limited (“ASL”), listed in Hong Kong from 2009 to 2015 and Chief Executive Officer of ASL from 2014 to 2015.

Prior to AsiaSoft’s establishment in 2007 and ASL, Simon had spent 17 years with Sun Microsystems Inc., a company listed on NASDAQ (Stock Code: JAVA) in the Greater China region. He was the managing director (Greater China) and a corporate director for Sun Microsystems Inc. Before joining Sun Microsystems Inc., Simon held several finances and/or sales positions in companies such as Wang Pacific Limited, Unisys China Limited, Philip Morris Asia Inc. and Exxon Chemical Asia Pacific Ltd.

Since July 2014, Simon has been appointed as an Adjunct Professor of Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Computer Method and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the California State University, Long Beach, United States of America.
