Ritesh Udsaria

Ritesh Udsaria, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in real estate analysis and portfolio management. Currently serving as an Associate and previously a Senior Analyst at I Squared Capital since September 2019, Ritesh has demonstrated expertise in evaluating commercial real estate assets and developing automation technology for commercial mortgage valuation and servicing. Prior roles include Senior Analyst positions at Clik.ai and Integrand Analytics, where Ritesh built dynamic fundamental models, performed due diligence on over 1000 deals, and focused on multifamily, office, and hotel properties. Ritesh co-founded Deliver Hunt, an online marketplace, and held the position of Treasurer at the IEEE Student Branch. Ritesh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.
