Natalie D. Fleet

Natalie D. Fleet has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Natalie D. currently works as a Sr. Project Lead at IT Concepts, Inc, where they are responsible for leading a holistic approach to support the Office of Human Resources' HR revitalization effort. Their role includes managing projects, personnel, and processes, as well as strategic communications and data strategy.

Prior to their current position, Natalie worked at the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). Natalie D. held various roles during their tenure, including ONI Liaison Officer (LNO) to MCIA, Asst Director for Intelligence Business Analytics & Evaluations, and Deputy Director of the Production Office. In these roles, they were involved in strategic planning, data/business analytics, change management, and process improvement. Natalie D. also played a key role in driving increased linkages throughout intelligence cycle operations and implementing MSTeams during the COVID pandemic.

Natalie also had a joint duty assignment to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) as a Senior Staff Officer. In this role, they provided program and financial management, strategic communications, and policy review support to the Deputy Director for Mission Services. Natalie D. was responsible for planning and executing administrative functions to support the directorate and agency-level operations.

During their earlier career, Natalie worked as a Supervisor in the Weapons S&TI Department and a Senior Analyst in the Advanced Maritime Analysis Cell (AMAC) at ONI. Natalie D. also served as an Analyst in the C4ISR S&TI Department, where they led acoustic modeling and engineering analysis for acoustic threat assessments.

Before joining ONI, Natalie worked at Systems Planning & Analysis, Inc. as a Modeling & Simulation Analyst, and at TRW, Inc. as an Analyst (Co-operative education student). At TRW, they gained experience in ASW projects and underwater acoustics modeling and simulation.

Natalie D. Fleet's education history consists of several degrees and certifications. Natalie D. obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Natalie D. later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Data Analytics Engineering at George Mason University, completing their studies from 2017 to 2019.
