Paul Trinka

Retired - Account Manager at I.T. Right

Paul Trinka has a long and varied work history. Paul began their career in 1988 as Fire Chief/Director of Information Technology for the City of Sturgis, Michigan. In 1992, they moved to Kalamazoo Valley Community College as an Instructor, where they stayed until 2000. From 2000 to 2016, they worked for the City of Adrian, MI as Fire Chief/Director of Information Technology. Paul then moved to I.T. Right, Inc as an Account Manager until 2019, when they retired. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Land Surveyor for Mostrom & Assoc., Inc.

Paul Trinka began their educational journey at Plymouth High School from 1971 to 1974. Paul then attended Schoolcraft Community College from 1974 to 1976, where they obtained an Associates degree in Science. After that, they attended Michigan Technological University from 1976 to 1979, where they earned a B.S. in Forestry. In 1984, they attended the University of Cincinnati and obtained a Certificate in Fire Administration in 1989. In 2012, Paul obtained a Professional Certification in Certified Governmental Chief Information Officer from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
