Andrew McLaren

Andrew McLaren is a seasoned technical professional with over three decades of experience in IT support, engineering, and management. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at i2 Group since January 2022, Andrew previously worked at IBM for over 12 years in various capacities including Senior Support Engineer and Information Technology Architect, focusing on technical support for intelligence analysis products and mainframe technologies. Prior roles at Microsoft encompass a Program Manager and Senior Escalation Engineer, where responsibilities included support for SNA Server and Host Integration Server. Earlier experience includes positions as Regional IT Manager at the National Crime Authority and Programmer Analyst at NSW Roads and Traffic Authority.
