Linda Miyoshi (Minnick)

Linda (Minnick) Miyoshi is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience spanning several decades in the software industry. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at i2 Group since January 2022, Linda has held multiple roles at IBM since 2004, including Software Support Engineer for Intelligent Cities and Manager of Advanced Software Support. Prior to IBM, Linda worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Alphablox, Edify, and CrossAccess Corporation, as well as in support engineering positions at SERENA Software and Legent Corporation. Linda began a career in programming at Grange Insurance and GOAL Systems, supported by an Associate degree in Computer Science from Hocking College.
