Altaf Ghani has extensive experience in dispute operations and business development, currently serving as Associate Manager of Dispute Operations at i2c Inc. since June 2020, where responsibilities include the analysis and resolution of payment disputes on prepaid and debit digital accounts to mitigate issuer losses. Prior roles at i2c Inc. included Principal Analyst and Analyst in the same department. Before joining i2c Inc., Altaf worked as Assistant Manager for Business Development at Zameen.com, facilitating property transactions. A significant tenure at Jazz (previously known as Mobilink) spanned over a decade, during which Altaf held multiple leadership positions, including Team Lead for Digital Financial Services and Network Complaint Unit, and responsibilities in recruitment and customer care. Altaf holds a Master of Public Administration from the Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab, and a Bachelor of Information Technology from the same institution.
