Jameson Kronser, PE, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience, with roles ranging from Engineering Program Manager to Owner and founder of IDEAL Performance LLC. Jameson further pursued their education at Valparaiso University, where they completed a Global Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from 2017 to 2018.

Additionally, Jameson Kronser has obtained several certifications. Jameson is a Professional Engineer (PE) certified by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services since August 2021.
