Myranda Roys has a strong background in the drug testing industry. Myranda started their career at CoreLogic as a Medical Reviewer from June 2007 to December 2009. Myranda then joined i3Screen in January 2010 as a Medical Review Manager, overseeing various operations including document management and drug test scheduling. Myranda was promoted to Director of Operations in January 2014 and held this position until December 2015. From January 2016 to April 2021, Myranda served as the Vice President of Operations at i3Screen, managing day-to-day operations and customer service. Most recently, they have held the role of Sr. Vice President since April 2021, with continued responsibilities in overseeing the company's operations. Myranda'sexpertise includes customer service, scheduling, billing, accounts payable, collection site management, occupational and clinical health centers, DOT audit support, provider management communication protocol, onboarding new customers, blind specimen program management, and vendor management communication protocol.
