Viktor Penzinger

Viktor Penzinger has a diverse work experience starting in 2015. Viktor worked as an Intern in Marketing and Market Research for the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in Denmark. Viktor then had a consulting internship at Capgemini Consulting, where they contributed to various marketing and sales projects. In 2016, they interned part-time with SAP Österreich GmbH in the Commercial Team. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Venture Analyst and Business Development at b10 Venture Capital. Viktor then joined weXelerate as a Regional Manager and Project Lead, and later as a Program Manager Accelerator, where they worked with international startups and managed relationships with stakeholders. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Venture Manager at V_labs, where they were involved in company building projects and innovation consulting. In 2021, they also held advisory board and strategic partnerships roles at COPA-DATA and auphonic.com. Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, they served on the advisory board and worked on strategic partnerships at Innophore and i5growth - international growth, respectively.

Viktor Penzinger's education history includes obtaining a Master of Science (MS) and a Master in International Management degree from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2015 to 2017. Viktor participated in the CEMS M.Sc/MIM Double Degree Program during this time. In 2016, they had an exchange term at Esade for International Management as part of the program.

Prior to their master's degree, Viktor Penzinger studied at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration.

Additionally, Viktor Penzinger completed an exchange term at The University of Texas at Austin in 2014.

Outside of their formal education, Viktor Penzinger obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they received a certification as a Trainer für Erwachsenenbildung from WIFI Wien. In January 2021, they obtained certifications in Building and Managing Signature Products and Product Innovation for Product Managers from LinkedIn.
