Giovanni Brenni is an M&A Associate at i5invest since July 2023, after previously serving as an M&A Analyst and M&A Trainee at the same company in early 2023. i5invest is recognized for its expertise in tech M&A, corporate finance advisory, and business acceleration, focusing on corporate development and cross-border M&A for exceptional tech firms. Prior to this experience, Giovanni completed a summer internship at M&L Communication Marketing GmbH in 2019, participating in market research on CSR and ESG practices.
