Brian Smith

Brian Smith is the founder and managing partner of IA Business Advisors, a boutique business advisory, consulting, and coaching company that has been operating since 1996. Brian has also co-authored a book series called "The I in Team Series™," which focuses on personal development and leadership.

Brian Smith has a strong educational background in various fields. Brian pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, Management, Operations and Accounting from Cameron University, graduating in 1990. Brian then obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems from Hamilton University between 1992 and 1995. Later, they attended Argosy University Chicago from 1999 to 2001, where they completed their Doctorate in Industrial/Business Psychology, focusing on Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In 2008-2009, they attended Villanova University to earn a Master Black Belt Six Sigma certification in Manufacturing. Furthermore, they hold additional certifications, including a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from ASQ/Villanova, obtained in 2010, and an MCSE certification from Microsoft, obtained in December 1997.
