Humberto López Padilla

Humberto López Padilla has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Humberto started their career as a Logistics Assistant at Contacto Casual in 2010. Humberto then moved on to become a Marketing & Corporate Identity Manager at Innardi Instituto from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing Trainee at Citelis - Organización Ramírez before becoming a Marketing & Logistics Manager at Colegio Gastronómico de Morelia, COGAM for a brief period in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Special Event Manager at Concepto Mafalda.

However, Humberto's most notable work experience is their time at IA interactive, where they held various positions. Humberto started as a Project Manager in 2015, managing software development teams and implementing solutions for clients across multiple countries. Humberto then became a Project Management Officer in 2017, overseeing the company's project portfolio and coaching project managers. Currently, they are the Head of Delivery & Operations, responsible for ensuring compliancy with regulations, managing and coaching a team of specialists, aligning goals, and supporting decision-making processes. Humberto's work at IA interactive involved working with major clients such as Coca-Cola FEMSA, Cinépolis, Toyota Lexus, Farmacias del Ahorro, Interjet, and Unilever.

Humberto López Padilla completed their formal education in a sequential manner. Humberto started their education journey at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued their Preparatoria degree in Bachillerato Bilingüe. Following this, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey again from 2008 to 2009, continuing their studies in Ingeniería Industrial y de Sistemas. Afterwards, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia, specializing in Ingeniería Industrial. Lastly, from 2012 to 2015, they studied at UNID Sede Ocolusen, where they obtained a degree in Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, focusing on Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Humberto López Padilla obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2017.
