Johan Lusher

Johan Lusher is an accomplished UX and design professional currently serving as the Head of UX & Design at IA Technology since October 2020, where the focus is on developing innovative automation solutions for logistics. Prior experience includes roles as a UX Designer & Developer and UX Designer & Strategist at various organizations, including 24a and multiple freelance projects. Johan has extensive expertise in analyzing user experience in industrial robotics, developing user interfaces, and optimizing digital journeys. A co-founder of Time Trasher and part owner of Det Gyldne Dådyr, Johan also possesses a strong background in multimedia design, having worked with numerous brands to enhance their digital presence. Education includes a Master’s degree in Experience Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Digital Media from Aalborg University, complemented by an Academy Profession Degree in Multimedia Design and Communication.
