Isabella Bayer

Isabella Bayer is an experienced professional in the event management and communications field, currently serving as Head of Conference for IAA MOBILITY since September 2020. In this role, Isabella oversees the IAA Conference and the hybridization of content for both B2B and B2C audiences, and has played a key role in the strategic development of IAA Mobility Virtual. Previously, Isabella was a Manager for Summit & Conference at Messe München GmbH, where contributions included the programming of various key events and the development of strategic initiatives such as the IAA Startup program. Additional experience includes positions at EXPO REAL and journalism at Süddeutsche Zeitung, supported by multiple academic degrees in communications and literature from esteemed institutions such as Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and Leeds Beckett University. Isabella is furthering education with a program at the University of St. Gallen, scheduled to conclude in November 2024.
