Anastasiya Baydachenko

Anastasiya Baydachenko has over 10 years of experience in various leadership roles within the advertising and consulting industry. Anastasiya is currently the Chief Executive Officer at IAB Ukraine, a position they have held since September 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer at razom communications from September 2018 to July 2019 and December 2017 to September 2018, respectively. Anastasiya is also a Co-Founder of O'Lab opportunities laboratory, where they have been actively involved since December 2016. Throughout their career, Anastasiya has held executive positions at ADV, AdPro/Isobar, and Dentsu Aegis Network. Anastasiya has experience in digital marketing, media planning, and strategic consulting.

Anastasiya Baydachenko became a certified specialist at the Adizes Institute in 2017. Prior to that, they studied Economics at Nacional'nij Universitet 'Kievo-Mogiljans'ka Akademija' from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they attended Lyceum #100, although the specific dates of attendance and field of study are unknown.
