Kathleen Klein

As the Director of Human Resources, Kathleen oversees all areas of HR including recruiting, benefits, training, mentoring and compliance. In her role, she actively participates in making IAB Solutions an exceptional place for employees to work, and endures that the company is creating a culture that attracts, develops and retains top talent. Prior to joining IAB Solutions, Kathleen served as a Manager of Human Resources in various industries including financial services, manufacturing and hospitality. Kathleen holds a B.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Criminology and Pre-Law. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for Lackawanna County Court Appointed Special Advocated for Children.
