Erin Driscoll

Erin Driscoll, ABC, is a seasoned Change Communication Consultant with extensive experience in driving organizational change and employee engagement. Currently at TransLink since August 2022, Erin has played a pivotal role in implementing new financial systems for a significant workforce. As an independent consultant since 1996, Erin specializes in developing strategies that foster healthy internal environments in organizations. Volunteer contributions to IABC/BC include multiple leadership roles and oversight of awards programs. Previous positions include Change Management and Communications Lead at Simon Fraser University and The University of British Columbia, as well as consultancy roles at various organizations, focusing on change management, communications, and employee experience. Erin holds an Hon BA in Communications from the University of Windsor.
