Martin Riedl currently serves as Ressortleiter Methoden & Technologien and Technical Manager Operational AI at IABG, where responsibilities include tackling analytical challenges in statistics, probabilistic models, machine learning, simulation, and optimization while advancing technological solutions for information retrieval and processing. Prior to this, Martin Riedl was a Postdoctoral Research Associate and Project Manager at the Institut für Angewandte Informatik - Universität der Bundeswehr München, leading projects focused on IT security for critical infrastructures and cybersecurity situational awareness. Martin Riedl also contributed to academic research as a PhD candidate at the Institut für Technische Informatik and held roles at various organizations, including ITIS E.V. and Siemens, early in their career.
