Eric Degraw

Eric DeGraw has extensive experience in taxation, currently serving as Vice President of Taxation at IAC/InterActiveCorp since June 1996, where responsibility includes overseeing the global tax function with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, as well as audit controversy. Prior to this role, Eric DeGraw was a Tax Manager at Deloitte from September 1989 to June 1996. Eric DeGraw holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University, completed between 1985 and 1989, and attended Canyon High School.
