Haida Holscher

Haida Holscher, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Benefits Manager at IAC since July 2025. Previously, Haida worked at Related Companies from January 2023 to July 2025 in various roles including HR Business Partner, Benefits Associate, Benefits Analyst, and Benefits Coordinator. From July 2019 to January 2023, Haida held the position of Paralegal/HR Assistant at Holtz, Holtz & Volek PC, facilitating the onboarding process and providing legal support for attorneys. In addition, Haida was a member of the Resident Council at International House from September 2019 to June 2020 and served as a Teaching Fellow at Citizen Schools for two years as part of the AmeriCorps National Fellowship. An internship at Legendary Entertainment in June 2016 involved working in the "Smart Girls" department, which aimed to inspire and motivate women. Haida holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and participated in the University of California Abroad Program focused on Sociology and Education in 2016.
