Arpad Vincze

Arpad Vincze is a professional with extensive experience in nuclear security and safeguards, currently serving as a Safeguards Analyst at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) since September 2019. Prior to this role, Arpad held various positions within the Hungarian Atomic Energy Authority, including Head of the Department of Nuclear Security, Non-proliferation and Emergency Management from 2013 to 2019, and Deputy Head of Department as well as Safeguards Inspector from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Arpad coordinated the Support Program to the IAEA from April 2009 to 2019. Arpad Vincze earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Radiochemistry from Budapest University of Technology and Economics between 1990 and 1995.
