Jessica Rahim is an experienced professional in the fields of nuclear security and international policy. Currently serving as a Training Officer at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) since March 2023, Jessica previously held various roles at the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), including Program Manager and Nonproliferation Graduate Fellow from June 2014 to March 2023. Additional experience includes an internship at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, a Human Rights Program internship at The Carter Center, a summer internship at the U.S. Department of State, and English teaching positions at Berlitz and the British American Institute. Jessica holds a Master of International Policy focusing on Nonproliferation and International Security from The University of Georgia and a Licence in Law, Economics, and Management from Nantes Université.
