Kevin Hardwick

Kevin Hardwick, OFE, OFC, has extensive experience in the fire service and emergency management. Currently serving as Director At Large on the Board of Directors for both the Emergency Vehicle Management Section and the VCOS Section of the International Association of Fire Chiefs since 2024, Kevin also works as an Emergency Management Specialist at TriHealth. As Executive Director of the Tri-State FACE Team since 2018, Kevin focuses on supporting firefighters in the greater Cincinnati area. Previous roles include Fire Chief at Glendale Fire Department, Regional Manager at both Finley Fire Equipment Co., Inc. and Ferrara Fire Apparatus, and Lieutenant at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport Fire Department. Kevin's educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University and multiple certifications in fire service training and emergency medical services.
