Kevin Ward is currently the Fire Chief at Layton City and also serves as the Utah Director at Western Fire Chiefs Association. Kevin is an Adjunct Faculty at Utah Valley University, teaching UFRA Command Training Center and Fire Officer programs. Additionally, Kevin holds the position of Chairman Board Member at Weber Fire District. Prior to their current roles, Kevin worked as a Battalion Chief at the City of Chandler and as a Firefighter/Paramedic at Weber County Fire Department. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fire Protection Administration from Columbia Pacific University and a MICU Paramedic degree from UCLA Daniel Freeman Paramedic School.
