Mike McEvoy

Mike McEvoy is an experienced EMS Coordinator and Deputy Director of Emergency Services at Saratoga County, with a career spanning several decades in emergency medical services and healthcare consulting. Since January 1990, Mike has worked as a freelance healthcare consultant, providing expertise to medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers while also serving as a speaker and author on medical topics. Notable leadership roles include Immediate Past Chair of the EMS Section Board of Directors for the International Association of Fire Chiefs and Board Chair of the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. Mike has held various clinical roles, including Nurse Clinician at Albany Medical Center and Chief Medical Officer for the West Crescent Fire Department.
