Richard Miller

Richard Miller has been dedicated to the fire service for over 31 years, with experience ranging from Fire Captain to Assistant Fire Marshal. Currently, at the International Association of Fire Chiefs, Richard serves as a Public Safety Specialist and Fire Program Manager for the FSTAR program, focusing on advancing firefighter safety. Additionally, Richard is also involved in environmental efforts, working with FishingChesapeake.com to keep the Chesapeake Bay clean.
