Customer Service Manager at IAG Cargo

Patrick Heidenthal has over two decades of experience in the cargo and military sectors. Since February 2000, Patrick has held various roles at IAG Cargo, currently serving as Customer Service Manager, overseeing support for carriers and departments. Prior to this, Patrick worked as an Account Manager and Cargo Operations Manager at British Airways World Cargo, where responsibilities included customer service and operations management. From 1996 to 2000, Patrick was involved in ramp and airside operations as an Account Manager at DynAir (now Swissport). Additionally, Patrick served in the Virginia National Guard for 23 years, retiring as a Platoon Sergeant in February 2024, and completed multiple non-commissioned officer courses in the U.S. Army. Education includes attending George Mason University and obtaining various military certificates.
