Pere Valbuena Chiva has extensive experience in the air transport and logistics industry, currently serving as Hub Performance and Product Delivery Manager at IAGCargo since July 2013, following a role as Customer Experience, Product Delivery & Contact Center Manager. Prior to this, Pere worked at Iberia from March 2005 to June 2013, held positions as Foreign Trade and Business Development Manager, and Business Consultant, focusing on strategic planning, commercial analysis, and operational improvements. Early career roles include Commercial Delegate at Cacesa and various positions at Iberia, including Commercial Manager Spain and Cargo Sales Executive, emphasizing sales management and air freight operations. Pere holds a Licentiate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona and has completed an IATA Cargo Introductory Course.
