Robert Stack has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Robert began as an English Language Assistant at Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires for a few months in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a British Council Language Assistant in Los Cabos, Mexico. From 2012 to 2014, Robert was a Classroom Teacher at Cardinal Hume Catholic School while also being involved in Teach First. Robert then joined British Airways in 2014 as a Contact Centre Manager for IAG Cargo. In 2015, they became a Project Manager at Madrid Infrastructure, IAG Cargo, as part of the British Airways Graduate Scheme. Robert continued their project management role at IAG Cargo until 2016 when they transitioned to the role of Head of Business Change. Currently, Robert works at IAG Cargo and has been responsible for various infrastructure, technology, and innovation projects, including the successful opening of a new pharmaceutical center.

Robert Stack has a strong educational background with a variety of degrees and fields of study. Robert completed their Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General from Durham University between 2007 and 2011. In 2009 and 2010, they also studied German Language and Literature at Heidelberg University and received another Bachelor's Degree. Robert then pursued a Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) in Education at the University of Sunderland from 2012 to 2013. Finally, they obtained a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School between 2013 and 2015.
