Emma Rodriguez dos Santos

Emma Rodriguez Dos Santos is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and community engagement. Currently a Case Manager on the Major Events team at IAG, since July 2018, Emma's role involves applying and explaining insurance policies while providing support to clients. Previously, Emma served as Chair of Trustees for The Bridge South Brighton Trust, focusing on refurbishing an earthquake-damaged church into a community hub. Other notable positions include Healthwatch St. Helens manager, where Emma influenced health and social care service improvements by engaging over 5000 individuals, and Community Empowerment Programme manager at Wigan and Leigh CVS, leading community representation efforts.
