Grace Ballinger

Grace Ballinger is a Customer Communications Specialist at IAG since April 2024, focusing on developing and executing effective customer communication strategies. Prior to this role, Grace served as an Account Manager at Sling & Stone, where storytelling for ambitious brands was a key focus, along with participation in the Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion task force. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at Wright Communications in New Zealand, managing social media and sustainability storytelling for various organizations. Grace also undertook a Public Relations internship at The House & Building Wash Company Ltd. Grace holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies from Auckland University of Technology, with a major in Public Relations and a minor in Digital Communication, as well as a Level 4 Certificate in Poupou Huia te Reo Te Hōkainuku from Te Wānanga o Raukawa.
