Kylie Williams

Kylie Williams has extensive experience in project management and delivery leadership, currently serving as a Delivery Lead at IAG since March 2017. Previously, Kylie held the position of Project Manager at icare NSW from March 2016 to November 2016 and had a long tenure at IAG from August 2001 to November 2015, where roles included Senior Project Manager, Technology Release and Implementation Manager, External Relationship Manager, and Account Management Associate. Earlier career roles include Business System Analyst at RACV and various positions at NRMA Insurance, culminating in over four years as a Business Systems Analyst and Manager of Customer Recoveries. Kylie's career began in the real estate sector as a Property Manager and included customer service roles at Hongkong Bank of Australia (HSBC).
