Leanne Gane

Leanne Gane possesses extensive experience in user experience design and digital project management, having held various leadership roles at IAG from 2004 to the present. Currently serving as the Enterprise Platform Partner Experience and Delivery Manager and previously as the Digital and Partner Experience Lead, Leanne has effectively utilized agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and stakeholder engagement. With a strong background in UX design, including roles as Lead UX Designer and User Experience Architect, Leanne has developed and executed digital solutions that improve customer interaction across multiple channels. Additional expertise includes business analysis, acceptance testing, team management, and training development, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in delivering effective digital services and optimizing customer experiences.
