Leanne Pickering

Leanne Pickering is an experienced operations manager and director with a strong background in leading organizational change and enhancing employee performance. Currently serving as the Enterprise Platform Operations Manager at IAG since December 2023, Leanne previously held the role of Director at Leap Associates Limited for over a decade, where the focus was on enabling organizations to embrace change through collaboration and effective project management. Prior positions include General Manager of People and Performance at The Selwyn Foundation, Director at KPMG New Zealand, and Planning & Improvement Manager at TVNZ, where Leanne managed technology portfolios and delivered strategic improvements. Leanne holds a Master of Management in Human Resources and Change Management from Massey University, an LLB in Law from Victoria University of Wellington, and a Certificate of Proficiency in Te Reo Māori from Auckland University of Technology.
