Lillian Lu is an experienced actuarial professional with a strong background in pricing and analysis. With a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Studies from UNSW, Lillian started the career as an Assistant Manager at ANZ from January 2006 to February 2008. Lillian then held the position of Senior Actuarial Analyst at Suncorp from February 2008 to April 2011 before transitioning to Calliden Insurance as a Senior Actuarial Analyst from April 2011 to October 2016. Following that, Lillian served as Pricing Manager at BT Financial Group from October 2016 to January 2019. Most recently, Lillian worked at IAG from July 2024 to May 2023, taking on multiple roles including Pricing Manager, SME, Pricing Manager/Lead - Agri, and Manager of the Rating Engine and Governance.
