Marium Hossain

Marium Hossain is a seasoned talent acquisition specialist currently serving at IAG and DuluxGroup since 2024 and 2022, respectively, through Korn Ferry RPO. Previously, Marium held the role of Lead-Performance & Rewards in Human Resources at First Abu Dhabi Bank from 2015 to 2020, where significant experience was gained in analyzing external market surveys and aligning HR policies with local labor laws across multiple international locations. Earlier positions included Assistant Manager in Learning & Development and HR Officer at NIB Bank, as well as Deputy Manager in Client Service at creativedge communications, where Marium managed key clients such as Pfizer Pakistan and Eli Lilly. Marium began a professional journey with an internship at Pfizer during the launch of a major vaccine and has academic credentials including a BBA (Honors) in Marketing from the College of Business Management, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
