Michael Lo

Michael Lo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivery leadership, currently serving at IAG since April 2020. In this role, Michael has significantly contributed to various programs, including the implementation and change management of the enterprise Risk Management System (ServiceNow GRC), development of group data governance standards, frameworks, and guidance, as well as the integration of cybersecurity and data governance processes into customer-facing business areas. Prior to IAG, Michael held the position of Manager at Deloitte Australia from 2015 to April 2020. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UNSW.
