Nik Ilyushkin

Nik Ilyushkin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, cloud services, and digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of Cloud Services at IAG since September 2025, Nik previously held significant roles at Kiwibank, including Senior Product Manager for Developer Experience & Platforms, and has contributed as a mentor at MISSION READY. Nik co-founded IOCats, a consultancy focused on product and technology, and led digital initiatives at NZHL, Roam Digital, Sberbank, MTS Group, Rostelecom, and VEON, showcasing a strong track record in driving technological advancements and improving customer experiences. Nik holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Moscow Aviation Institute and a Leadership and Management Certificate from Wharton Executive Education.
