Rachel Walsh

Rachel Walsh is an experienced finance and governance professional currently serving as a Director for multiple organizations, including Asteron Life New Zealand, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, IAG, and NZX Limited, among others. With a significant background in leadership roles, Rachel previously held the position of Group CFO at Datacom, where responsibilities included executive leadership across Group Service functions and oversight of a large team. Additionally, Rachel's experience encompasses roles at Abano Healthcare Group Limited as Chief Financial Officer and at PwC as Director of Audit, where financial reporting and client management were key focus areas. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Auckland and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
