Rashi Dixit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer strategy and market research. Currently serving as a Principal at IAG since July 2014, Rashi has held various roles including Principal Voice of Customer and Principal in Brand Performance, demonstrating expertise in customer-centric strategies and data-driven decision making. Previous roles include Market Research Manager at NPS MedicineWise, where coaching on consumer-centric approaches was emphasized, and Research Manager positions at Commonwealth Bank and Ipsos ASI, focusing on corporate reputation and brand tracking, respectively. Rashi began the career as a Project Manager at Synovate, managing a diverse array of research projects across multiple industries. Rashi holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Economics from The University of Auckland and has completed a Mini MBA in Marketing with Mark Ritson.
