Jason Hullender

Jason Hullender is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background. Jason started their career in 1993 as a Business Development Coordinator at an M&A firm, where they worked until 1998. Following this, Jason joined the United States Marine Corps as a Marine, serving until 2004. In 2009, they became the President and Director of Acquisitions at IAG M&A Advisors, and later that year, they also took on the role of Managing Director. Jason Hullender's expertise and skills make him a valuable asset in the field of M&A and business development.

Jason Hullender attended Louisiana State University and Collin County Community College from 1997 to 2002, where they studied Business and Finance. Jason later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Madison University from 2000 to 2004, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Jason also has additional certifications, including being a Certified Merger and Acquisition Professional (obtained in 2023 from M&A Source) and a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA, obtained in 2021 from The Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors, DFW Chapter). Furthermore, Jason holds the designation of Certified Business Broker (CBB).
