Anna Oparowska has extensive experience in human resources and customer service management. Currently serving as Head of People Services and L&D at IAG GBS since June 2019, Anna has previously held significant roles at UBS, including Head of HR Service Delivery for onboarding and Senior HR lead, managing large teams and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple languages and countries. Prior to UBS, Anna was a Customer Services Manager at Qatar Airways and has held various positions in training and quality management at Serco, HSBC, and ebookers, demonstrating a strong focus on performance improvement and operational effectiveness. Anna is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS, complementing a robust educational background in French Language and Literature, as well as International and Political Studies.
