Roger Minton

Roger Minton serves as the Head of Leadership at International Airlines Group (IAG) since July 2025, focusing on talent strategy to enhance leadership diversity and sustainable pipelines. Prior to this role, Roger founded Minton Consulting Ltd in December 2001, providing expertise in talent management and HR strategy. Roger held significant positions at Anglo American, such as Head of Leadership Development, where strategies aligned with the organization’s ambitions were created. Additional roles include Lead Programme Director at London Business School, delivering leadership programs for global clients, and Director of Talent at Neptune Energy, where a global talent strategy was developed. Roger holds a degree in Business Studies with French from the University of Greenwich.
