Amanda Smith

Amanda Smith serves as the Head of Field Service Delivery at IAM RoadSmart, overseeing a team of 60 fleet trainers and 4000 volunteer trainers across 202 representative bodies to ensure high standards of service delivery. Previously, Amanda held the position of Staff Examiner and Quality Process Manager, where leadership of volunteers facilitated the achievement of quality assurance awards. Amanda's earlier experience includes a role as a Learning Mentor at West Sussex County Council Education Authority, where empowerment of children with emotional barriers led to improved academic success. Additionally, Amanda worked as a Doctor's on Call Driver, enhancing recruitment processes, and served as a Police Officer, focusing on crime prevention and traffic monitoring.
