Matt Crowell

Matt Crowell has a broad range of experience in mechanical engineering. Their most recent position is as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at IAM Robotics since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ChemImage Corporation as a Senior Mechanical Engineer from September 2022 to April 2023. From December 2019 to August 2022, Matt was the Lead Mechanical Engineer at RedZone Robotics Inc. Matt also served as a Mechanical Engineer II at Kurt J. Lesker Company from November 2014 to November 2019. Before that, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Nidec Vamco from June 2011 to November 2014. Matt started their career as a Student Consultant at Penn State University from August 2009 to May 2011. Matt also gained experience as an Intern at Philips from July 2008 to August 2010, where they worked with the Design Validation & Verification team and contributed to engineering reports and executive summaries.

Matt Crowell attended Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their academic qualifications, Matt has also obtained several certifications from Onshape, a PTC Technology. These include certifications in Onshape Configurations, Onshape Fundamentals: Data Management, Onshape Fundamentals: CAD, CAD Basics, Managed In-Context Design, and Top-Down Design.
