Jessica Frigon

Jessica Frigon is an experienced mining technician currently serving as a Principal Planning Technician at IAMGOLD Corporation since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica worked for Newmont Goldcorp Corporation from June 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included designing long-hole mining layouts, interim supervision of mining technicians, and managing the SIMS program for the mine. In earlier positions, Jessica gained valuable skills as a mining technician and geology technician with internships at Nyrstar and Goldcorp Inc. Jessica holds a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue and a Diploma in Mineral Technology from Cégep Abitibi-Temiscamingue.
