Nicole Poncelet

Nicole Poncelet is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in leadership and strategic HR functions. Notable roles include Senior Director and Director of Human Resources at IAMGOLD Corporation from June 2020 to May 2022, during which Nicole provided strategic support to the executive team. Prior experience at Mercedes-Benz Canada spanned nearly two decades, where Nicole held various positions including Director, Manager, and Senior HR Advisor, overseeing all HR functions for the Canadian sales and marketing organization, as well as supporting retail dealerships and a fuel cell stack production facility.
